This person is a Licensed Professional Land Surveyor in the state of Washington. They will have experience in this role and require little to no supervision.
The ideal applicant will have years of land surveying experience and possess a working knowledge of Civil 3D 2020 software.
This position requires land surveying experience. Requirements include a knowledge and understanding of field procedures for boundaries, topographic surveys, and construction staking.

A Chief of Parties will have direct experience managing survey crews in their day to day activities. They will also be in direct contact with clients and contractors to schedule and manage the survey schedule.
